Both full bathrooms boast modern walk-in showers and expansive vanities. We provide high-quality towels and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). **Kitchen & Lounge:** Our open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures. It features custom cabinets, a full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Appliances include a toaster, blender, coffee maker, and French press.

* **Security:** For your security, a Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house, facing the parking area and entrance. There are no cameras inside the property. * **Family-Friendly:** A Pack 'n Play and a high chair are available for guest use. Please use them at your own risk. * **Cancellation Policy:** We strictly enforce the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking. We strongly encourage purchasing traveler insurance as we do not offer refunds for cancellations when the cabin is available to be used. * **Occupancy Note:** Please ensure the total number of overnight adults does not exceed the strict county limit of 8, additional guests are permitted if under 18 years of age. * **Permit:** Placer County STR Permit: STR22-7447

Our cabin is located at the corner edge of this neighborhood, with the back deck opening to the vast wooded area behind the neighborhood, making it feel very secluded. We do have neighbors and many people choose this beautiful place to live full-time, so please be very respectful of neighbors and follow quiet time ordinances from 9pm-8am as dictated by the "Good Neighbor Flyer" attached as house manual.

Guest Access

Guests will have private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property, including the large wraparound deck and private upstairs balcony. * **Keyless Entry:** A keypad is located at the front door for simple, self-check-in. Your unique access code will be provided 48 hours before your arrival. * **Parking:** Free parking is available for up to 4 cars in the private driveway. Please note that street parking is not permitted. * **Starter Supplies:** We provide a complimentary starter pack with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items for longer stays.
