* **Occupancy Limits:** Placer County has strict regulations. This home has a MAXIMUM of 14 total guests. This includes a limit of 8 overnight adult guests (18+) and 14 daytime adult guests (18+). Children do not count toward the adult limit. Bookings made that exceed 8 adults will be subject to cancellation. * **Guest Registration:** All guests must complete a free registration with our third-party insurance partner, Truvi (formerly SuperHog), prior to arrival. This is used to verify your identity and provide a security deposit. * **Security Cameras:** For your security, 3 security cameras are located on the exterior of the property: one facing the parking area/entrance and two on the rear deck facing the deck/hot tub/back yard. There are no cameras inside the property. * **Family-Friendly:** A Pack'n'Play, high chair, and baby gate are available for your use (at your own risk). * **Starter Supplies:** We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials (hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash liners). We recommend bringing additional items for the duration of your stay. * **Cancellation Policy:** We strictly enforce our cancellation policy.
